Our company values employee welfare and has established an Employee Welfare Committee, which allocates a certain percentage of welfare funds monthly in accordance with the law. We actively promote various welfare measures based on the actual budget, as follows:

● Employee travel activities.

● Provide employees with medical allowances and condolences for weddings, funerals, celebrations, and illnesses.

Further education, training and their implementation

Our company attaches great importance to employee education and training. Each department has an annual education and training budget. In addition to internal training, we also encourage employees to participate in external training and self-study to enhance their competitiveness.



Retirement System and Its Implementation

According to the Labor Retirement Pension Act, the company contributes 6% of the employee's monthly retirement pension to the employee's personal account with the Labor Insurance Bureau.


Labor-management Agreement Situation

Our company has always adhered to the business philosophy of "employees first" and "labor-management unity," maintaining harmonious labor relations. We highly value employee opinions and fully understand their practical needs in both life and work through regular and ad-hoc meetings. We strive to build consensus through two-way communication and achieve shared success. To date, there have been no labor disputes. We also hold regular labor-management meetings to coordinate labor relations, promote labor-management cooperation, and improve work efficiency.
